    Dear All,

I was trying to upgrade my AA1 to 1 GB Ram and after i installed the new Chip some how the onborad ram damged now the system can boot and it will show in bios settigns 1024 MB Ram but unfortunetly nothing after the bios screen the complete system hangs i tried memtest 86 and it is showing an error on slot 0 whcih the onborad momery.

my only solution is to disable the onborad memory and run only the chip i installed but cant figure it out.

did you try testing the memory without the RAM you added? it could be an incompatibility issue causing the errors....
