MICROSOFT WORKS PRE-INSTALLED

    Hi am trying to remove Microsoft Works 8 from my computer using add remove programs, comes up with the following message 'the program you are trying to use is on a network resource which is unavailable'
    I've tried accessing an unistall through the start menu but nothing there? am lost how to completely remove this program someone suggested JV16 powertools which I downloaded and removed the program but it still shows as being loaded in add remove program even after restarting my computer. Please Help, Cheers :)

    try CCcleaner is free and can take care of some registry and delete some programs
