memory stick

    using laptop w10 chome
    i got a memory stick with some items on it
    but when i put into dell laptop
    it does not reconise it
    ta for any info

    If you insert the USB drive and then right click on the start menu, then click "disk management", does the USB drive show up there?

    Have you tried this drive on another PC to see if it works then?

    the memory shows on w7 ok
    cannot find the start menu to click on it
