Manual Recovery

    hello,
    im wondering if anyone knows exactly what the AAO recovery disk does because i have hosed my linpus install but i dont really want to run the recovery disk as i have vista installed aswell which i would lose by running recovery, i have a live cd for a linux os so i can easily get a terminal to manaually run commands through, any ideas anone

    I believe the AAO recovery disk restores your disk to its pristine straight-from-the-factory state. Check around the Forum for a Linpus image you can restore to a partition. It's out there somewhere.
