Low disk space on Drive E

My computer constantly gives me notice of low disk space on Drive E. I cannot access what is on drive E so how do I fix this issue?
Toshiba Satellite L75D-A7280
Drive E is a recovery drive separate from my C: Drive where all of my files are kept.
