I have the basic Acer desktop on my 2009 10" Acer Aspire. and always accessed my firefox browser and email easily. But several weeks ago I lost my browser completely. I have done nothing which might have changed my settings etc. I have a good network connection but cannot access anything on the internet. When I click on the browser or email icon it tries to connect but then nothing happens. Sometimes I get a message that firefox is already open and I must restart the computer. But that does not work. The basic desktop is not very user friendly when it comes to obtaining help so I am at a loss what to do next.
