Not sure if this is a problem with my Acer (8G / Linpus) or with the hotel wireless lan i am on, but here is the problem: i can connect to the wireless lan just fine, and as long as i am just doing one thing on the net, it is ok. but if i open half a dozen pages, then check my email or open IRC, every connection times out, and i have to close to browser etc, re-open it and then it will reconnect. The wireless connection itself stays, i am not losing the connection. Just the DNS resolution. Its especially bad when i try to open skype, that will kill it instantely. I noticed similar problems on other public wlans before, i just never cared much, and it soetimes happens on my home wlan too. Any ideas what could be wrong?
