looking to spen 400 POUND

Hi was just lookin a little help on chosing a laptop. Ive seen a few in my budget with i5 processors etc. Like toshiba satellite l955 10p and samsung series 5. It will be for watching and downloading films. Serfing the internet and live streaming sports. Can you tell me what you guys think thanks in advance. Wont buy from american pay too much tax
