Kind of a poll i suppose about overclocking

how many of you guys are actually able to get over 1.45GHz when using SetFSB? I can only get to about 1.45 before it throws up BSOD's at me.. i mean it takes a few minutes but still.. anyone? if so how? is there a trick i just dont know yet? XD i like the smoothness of 1.47 and up but i cant get it to stay there without crashing :p
