keyboard backlight ROG G73jh

    Bonjour,
    Le rétroéclairage du clavier de mon ordinateur portable G73jh a cessé de fonctionner sans raison à ma connaissance.
    J'ai tout essayé pour résoudre ce problème.
    Fn + 4, Fn + (toutes les touches)
    J'ai formaté mon lecteur C: et réinstallé Windowsn10
    J'ai créé une clé USB amorçable à partir du dernier bios et j'ai démarré avec.
    J'ai réinstallé ATK
    J'ai fait de même pour désactiver le pavé tactile, mais je n'ai pas réussi à le faire.
    Le clavier s'allume lorsque le logo ASUS apparaît pendant quelques secondes au démarrage, c'est tout.
    Avez-vous une suggestion?

    Hello,
    The keyboard backlight on my G73jh laptop has stopped working for no reason to my knowledge.
    I have tried everything to fix this problem.
    Fn + 4, Fn + (all keys)
    I formatted my C: drive and reinstalled Windowsn10
    I created a bootable USB drive from the latest bios and started with it.
    I reinstalled ATK
    I did the same to turn off the touchpad, but failed to do so.
    The keyboard will light up when the ASUS logo appears for a few seconds at startup, that's it.
    Do you have a suggestion?
