Can anyone help me as I really dont want to have to return this machine!!

I followed the guides on here to disassemble the AAO and put an extra 1gb RAM in.

First problem and the biggest problem is the top of the keyboard does not click back into place, as in the step where you have to push the three pins in to remove the keyboard, they are staying 'in' and the keyboard is loose, so annoying!! Anyone know how to fix this?!

Second problem is the RAM did not show up after installation, this is not such a big deal as I can try again but the keyboard is!

Anyone know how to fix this?!

Right, after taking the keyboard and the next part off, I managed to poke back through the tabs for 2/3 tabs, seems I'd pushed them in too hard! However, I can't access the tab from the back on the one above the F2 key as there is a plastic part stuck on the chassis covering it, any ideas?!
