Keeping multiple batteries charged?

Being new to having multiple batteries for my One I am wondering what your best practices are for keeping multiple batteries topped off charge wise.

Do you just swap them out in the One and use the regular charger or do you have other options?

I know a lot of you folks have multiple batteries, inquiring minds want to know.
