keep it clean! av/spyware

so...am running xp.
what antivirus software are people running? and what spyware is good for keeping things clean?

I'm using the FBFW mod and because of it I actually get a lot less viruses since it doesn't actually save anything to the C:. As soon as I restart everything's gone.

I don't really do that much stuff where i would get viruses either. Since I only go to certain sites and I don't dl stuff.

So nothing is actually better IMO. If i really wanted 2 scan i'd just use those free online scans.

so if i wanted a FBWF for my os,id have to use xpe...
ie i couldent install it as an add on to mine?
