keep getting message to download latest version of flash player

    I have acer aspire one with windows 7 - I now keep getting a message to download latest version of flash player except that I have already done this and it makes no difference.Can anyone advise how I can get rid of this please

    Remove Flash Player from Add and Remove Program in Control Panel.
    Restart your PC the re-install it by downloading latest version.
