    Is your Windows 10 machine restarting after you choose shut down

    Well this will solve the problem !!

    Type REGEDIT in the SEARCH WINDOW bottom left.

    Go to this address in the regedit, and alter the HiberbootEnabled DWORD
    to 0

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power

    HiberbootEnabled DWORD

    0 = Turn off fast startup
    1 = Turn on fast startup
