I have the AA1 with 8Gb ssd and Linpus which I promptly upgraded to XP. I have the original 3-cell battery that boasts all around the web to work for 3 hours with Linpus. I have tested it with Battery Eater on XP and I get... 1h37mn! Is it supposed to be that bad?

battery eater is really supposed to show the battery at its worst, not average use.

Ok. Is there a way to set the aplication to simulate average use?

    What is "average use"?
Just use the netbook and see for yourself what the battery life is given how you use it.

    Hi,

    I've got about 1(hour):40(min) in WinXP & 3:00 (hours) in Vista & Windows 7.

    Cheers,
