Is Windows OS Good on Handheld Device?

I have used Android and iOS handheld devices,however, I have never used Windows phone or wondows tablet. How do you compare windows hand devices with Android and iOS handheld devices? Are there enough apps for windows devices?

 

I have found in my experience Windows phones are great for minimalists and seniors even more than iPhones or Android. For example I know many elderly people who find the tile interface much better for them as they can easily see the text much better and its good to have everything much more accessible as all they need are tiles for texting and calling. A Windows phone is definitely more different than the difference between Android and Iphone for sure, much different interface and overall process.
