    Hi,

I've just received a battery purchased on ebay. It is a Sanyo UMO8A31, rating 10.8v, 2200mAh and is the same size as my original acer one battery.

The seller stated it was a 9 cell, with a capacity of 4400mAh/6600mAh. It lasted about 2.5 hours after its first charge by me. Have I really bought a 9 cell, only I thought they were bigger than the original 3 cell. Any advise would be much appreciated.

A 9 cell would be about three times larger than a 3 cell because it has 6 more batteries.
