First of all, hi, im new.

I didnt found anything that solves my problem with the search funtion.

I have got a Acer Aspire One A150X-3G with Windows XP.

My problem is, that my internet is very slow on WiFi (30-80kb/s on 16 Mbit/s Connection).
On LAN its even slower (~15kb/s).
On 3G with HSDPA its a bit faster (150kb/s).

    - Made a BIOS update
    - Updated to newest drivers
    - Turned power managements off
    - Turned QoS off
    - Installed the Client Utility

I dont think it's a WiFi related problem, because the LAN and 3G is slow too.

    Any suggestions?

PS: Sorry for my english, greetings from Germany

Had the same problem. Downloaded the following tiny free program: TCP Optimizer (tcpoptimizer.exe) from this link:
http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php I was skeptical, but I Simply could not believe the difference. Went from a range of 177 to 500kps on my wireless connection all the way up to 2500kps to 2800kps . Allows you to backup your settings first, but it's always good to do create a system restore point just in case.
