Intermittent Internet on Jumper EZBOOK 3 Pro

    Hi,
    I wonder if anyone can help with this problem before I return the notebook.


    Ever since I received this notebook, (towards the end of January), more often than not it would fail to connect to my internet wi-fi while all my other 5 or 6 devices connected consistently. When it did connect it worked well but was constantly dropping the connection.



    I tried to resolve the issue by running the Windows diagnostic tool and that told me:-

    "the DNS Server isn't responding"

    "Your computer is trying to use a DNS server that is incorrect or not responding"

    I tried carrying out a "Network Reset" but the problem remains.

    I googled the problem and tried de-activating firewall and switching router off and on.
    Bizzarely, when it does connect all seems to work with my email, (EmClient) and browsers, (Chrome and Microsoft Edge). But it only functions for a minute or so and then drops for most of the time.
    I look forward to nay advice from some kind person.
