Install Win XP on USB stick- XP image?

    I read the thread on installing Win XP on a USB U3 stick but I don't know how to make an XP image, could someone help me? I just bought my Aspire Win AAO netbook, and I want to set up for recovery without an external CD drive. I would have posted this on that thread but it is kind of old. My BIOS version is 3309. Thank you very much. Sissi.
