The battery was replaced with a dell replacement battery. Before installing the new battery I held the power button for thirty seconds. Install the new battery, plugged in the power supply. Worked well for about an hour the battery went in a discharge state even with the charger plugged in. The battery is completely dead now and the computer will not power up. I used the charger on another computer and worked fine. I checked the voltage at the plug that goes to the charge adapter and it shows 19.60 DC volt. What could be the problem with my laptop not charging?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
    Thank You
