inserting keyboard key into acer laptop

i hope you can help...

my laptop key came off and so did the 'scissor clips'(white) and i would like to know how to put the retainers back on.

i have looked on te internet but cannot find any good solution so i now turn here, as a newbie in the hope it can be resolved.
