Inatalling Windows 7 after the kill date?

    i downloaded the windows 7 iso off the microsoft site ages ago but i havnt got around to installing it and i would like to do that now but will it work because it been past the windows 7 kill date thing i know there are cracks for it and things but will it work?

    As long as you have a serial number you can install it now. I did that only 2 days ago on a PC - activated fine.

    ok will the serial numbers i got form micorsoft when i originally downloaded it still work?

    August 15th is seemingly the last date to do an install and activation. Just had a Microsoft newsletter in the inbox today.
