If I want to sell my AAO 8.9", should I fix it first?

    I have a white AAO 8.9" with a broken screen. I'm trying to raise some funds towards a new full-size laptop by selling my Aspire One on Craigslist.

    Would it make good sense to fix it before I sell it? How about installing a touch-screen before I sell it?

    Any advice for minimizing my losses in this situation?

    I'm tempted to just try to sell it for $50 in its current condition...
