I ordered another AA1 for my daughter. The picture show blue, but they sent me another white one - GRRRRR!!!!!! Now the only thing I can do is exchange it for the exact model and they only have white!

It's actually my fault, that I didn't READ the whole description, particularly where it say "Seashell" as the color, but the picture was a blue one!!!

Any want to trade a blue for a white?

A face to face swap would be cool, first white in the UK, first blue in the USA.
But it would be a hell of a commute :)

They don't have blue in the US? Well, that's going to make it difficult.

I think, the UK versions have the better SSD too. But the UK version is about $600 USD...

You know, I may just paint it. A friend works at a body shop and I bet he could do a fine job. Then I could have any color I wanted... Ohhh! BRG would be dishy! I may just paint it. That should kill any warranty :D

The UK price is about $500 (£250) .
    Compared to Newegg $379 (£190)

Hmm, I can feel a transatlantic flight coming up. I only need to buy 12 and my flight is paid for :)

Painting sounds like a good idea, gotta be individual when they are looking at shipping millions.

Alright alright, finally, a BRG request came into the body shop. I should have my BRG Aspire 1 in two weeks.

I'll have to take it completely apart, but I'll have the only BRG in town :D

THey have the blue at Circuit City now, but I have a schedule to get mine painted :D

    British Racing Green!

If all the other stuff I did hasn't voided the warranty, I'm pretty sure this will :D

paint is going to have to wait. My AoA110 is on its way back to Acer. at least 10 different OS installed and I was going to wipe the drive and put another on.... didn't notice i set it for 130 passes rather than 1.... won't boot anything now.

Hopefully, I'll get it back soon.

    And then i'll paint it!
