hey guys. So I am giving my working AO110 to a relative, and logically I'd like to factory restore it. I checked that D2D is enabled in my BIOS, and via another thread, found the .exe from eRecovery management disk. when I go to install, however, I get an error that D2D doesn't work. Can you guys help me out? Thanks. I searched around and couldn't seem to find exactly what i needed.
