How to trim/wiper/re-conditioning SSD on AAO110?

    hi pals, AAO110 running for about 1 yr & found the SSD seems getting slower & slower... tried to image the SSD, quick format the SSD, restore image to SSD, didn't help to improve the performance

    heard that for SSD it's useless/harmful to run defrag, so what's the most appropriate method to trim/wiper/re-condition the SSD before restoring the image?
