How to theme Linpus ?

    Yeah sorry if it's been asked / posted already.
    But how do you skin the icons and background ?
    I want to make it sorta look like OS X.

    Oh , and does anyone know if you can use a GNOME theme or whatever ?
    Sorry , I'm a huge Linux noob.

    I've been looking around a bit more , and it seems you can change the desktop to the "xfce" that Fedora uses or something ?
    If I downloaded themes for Fedora , would they work ?
