Just for your general info. (After geting my machine replaced due to a hardware issue, i finally got time to play around with the machine) The password that you enter on setup is your root password. The shop guy who demoed the machine tat it was working, failed to tell me what password he was using. Thankfully, the machine's sudo mechanism is set up improperly. So those who need to reset their passwords can do the following: Files -> File Manager -> Terminal Key in 'sudo bash' (w/o the quotes) This will run bash as the root user. Then type 'passwd' (w/o quotes again) to reset your password. Tadah.
