How to get rid of Acer Splash Screen on bootup

I have the XP 160GB version of AAO. I want to get rid of the Acer Splash screen everything I boot up to XP. I am referring to the image of two AAO (one blue, one white) that splashed briefly before the XP user login screen appears.

Goto C:\windows\web\wallpaper and delete or rename Acer.bmp file.

Thanks. I will try it tonight when i get back home. However, is there a script file that Windows is reading before the user account selection screen appears? All my computers doesn't have this kind of splash screen display at that instance.
