Subject says it all. I plug in my MP3 player and it doesn't show up in the file manager as another disk drive as it does in Windows.

    Anyone any ideas?

    Many thanks.

Just tried the Clip with my Linpus AA1 and it worked. The file manager launched after plugging it in and the new drive is labelled SANSA CLIP. The Clip charges and I am able to play mp3s found on the Clip with VLC.

Do you have the latest Clip firmware http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board?board.id=clip and have the Clip USB mode set to MSC?
