How to bypass router to modem

    No.

    You may have an option in router config allowing you to switch build-in modem off if you have to use external modem provided by ISP. In any other case it's rather impossible...

    I guess you have a modem with a built-in router. Normally when they say bypassing the router, it means for those that have a seperate router in addition to their modem or modem/router.
    I dont know anything about the PS3 but if its only problems when trying to play online games (others connecting to you), you have to configure your routers firewall to open up the neccessary ports.
