How do you install new bios in Linux

    I have seen the previous posts on installing the bios update but they all use executable files and say windows is required. How can I do this on a linux only system.

    The above works well for ubuntu. You need to only install wine. very straight forward.

    The acer one is great and with a little tweaking you can customize it in Linux to your liking. Forget XP
