How do I update the BIOS? Should I? ...

    I see some threads talking about the fan running a lot and a BIOS update to fix it. I just bought an AAO today w/ XP. I checked the BIOS and I have version 3114.I'd like to update the BIOS if it's an official update from Acer, and I really don't want to brick the machine. ;-)

    Any advice appreciated, thanks!!
