How Can I Send Messages Using My iPad?

    I was able to send messages to all different people, no matter what OS they are on, using my iPad. It has not been so since January! I can only send messages to the people that have the same OS as myself. I think it has to do with the updating that those devices required.

    Anyone knows how I can send messages using my iPad again?
