how can i get my sky email account on my acer aspire one

ive read the previous similar post .all i want to do is read my sky emails and send emails . is there a link out there somewhere that tells you exactly what to do and what to type in when setting up a new account on this netbbok . one BIG problem is i cannot remember my password sky mail password . is there any way of retreiving it easily .
