heroes of might and magic 5 - help

hello everyone i have read in the compatabilty list that heroes 5 will work on the ooa.
i have the 1gb windows xp version and whenever i load the game the screen rotates 90degrees,
it works fine in the menus i can get the screen back to normal (have to change resolution ingame every time i load it)
but as soon as i try to play the campain or a skirmish it loads fully then crashes anyone have a solution

you have to disable the option to rotate the screen form the control panel of the graphics card. At least that works for me
