Help Installing Frostwire?

hello everyone,

I am very new to Linux and I am really just scratching the surface, ive got advanced mote on and have replaced Firefox 2 with Firefox 3.

would anyone be able to help me run frostwire on my aspire one? Like a idiot free guide to it?
for the meantime i dont want to get wine- i might and up using it for everything.

the file: frostwire-4.17.0.norarch.rpm should open automatically with the software installer when you got to download the software from the website.
