HELP! Cannot watch DVD/VCD with the external DVD ROM

    The installed Media Master does not support while using external USB DVD-ROM to watch DVD/VCD. (Note: without any problem while using the same USB DVD-ROM to read other files, i.e.Word)

    Anyway to upgrade the media palyer?
