help bluetooth on OS window 7

    I have a bluetooth speaker. I've connected with Laptop as Speaker soundless even tried all means ask for help

    Try to check if your PC and Bluetooth are compatible to each other. Have you installed the correct driver?

    thank you for guidance
    I have installed enough drive and check with tablets, smart phones that connect to only laptop is not.
    I brought it back to the store connected to the laptop shop.
    I do not understand.
