hdd password

    hello , I have an acer aspire 5542-2606 and am locked out. I was hacked by someone who put a pass word on my windows 10 .the hint was dogphone. I never had a password . so I tried everything and screwd things up royally and got to the bottom of the pile. enter hdd password and now have error code 06469. if I go further I disable the laptop and start everything over. I've tried to get info and to no avail and fell apone your forum . I'm asking for help. thank u and have a good day. garb
