    Looks a little expensive to me. The 512MB model is €280 which according to Google is £219 and that is without VAT, it only has 1GB Flash and a 500Mhz Geode LX800 processor. Now you could strap a Aspire One to the back of a TV/Monitor and have something more powerful and cheaper, the only advantage the Linutop has is that it is fanless and possibly draws a couple of watts less power, though with the AA1s screen switched off maybe they would be even. If fan noise is a problem, you can get a EEE 701 4GB for £179, which reportedly will run fine without the fan and not only is it a lot cheaper than the Linutop, it is still (marginally) more powerful with more storage.

    I do like the concept, it is just the price of the thing doesn't quite seem to be justified.

    Small in size but oh so ugly. I would like to see it in a "shell" similar to Mac Mini.

    I does have some very nice configuration options.

    Looks, that is so small it would be hidden away.

    BTW the VAT is about 19% from France.
