Never got my Logitech BT mouse to work, but I can confirm the V450 Nano works.

i haven't used the linpus version so i don't know exactly where the files are but just open up a terminal and do a
    Code:
    whereis bluetooth
and you should be able to find the config files.

open them with a text editor and change the settings to hidd_enabled=1

after this press the connect button on the mouse and do
    Code:
    hcitool -inq
    or
    Code:
    hidd --search
to get the bluetooth mac address of the mouse.
if it gives an error that it can't find a device try running
    Code:
    hcitool hci0 reset
and try it again after that

write this down somewhere and then to connect it do
    Code:
    hidd --connect 00:AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF
just replace the 00:AA:BB.. with the btaddress of the mouse.

to have the comp connect on startup just add
    Code:
    # Arguments to hidd
    HIDD_OPTIONS="--connect <enter your bluetooth mouse address here>"

to the bluetooth config file (same one that you edited for hidd_enable=1)

    it is somewhere in /etc/

hmm.. you could have a look at this post http://www.aspireoneuser.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=789
it seems that tyou need to load the models from there, also you probably need to install bluez-pkgs and bluez-utils

never mind the phone stuff there, after you have the packages and modules you should be able to pair the comp with your mouse
