GTX1060 gone after liquid metal application

After liquid metaling my CPU/GPU on my Dell G7 the 1060 no longer shows up. I had a similar issue after installing a new monitor and eventually got it working again with a fresh install of windows. I have re-installed windows, upgrading and resetting the bios it still doesn't show up. Only the intel 630. Just wondering if there is anything else I can try before I write off this 1060. Thanks
