Grub loading error 15

    Hi
    Have a shutdown problem. Tried to reinstall OS. All what I get is: GRUB Loadig stage1.5. GRUB loading. please wait.... Error 15 then only _
    Can't writ anything. Look in different forums but this doesn't help till now. Tried super grub disk. But all I get is Error 15. Stuck completely. Can access Bios. tried to change boot options but stuck always in Error 15.
    Pleas HELP?
