Thanks Rory, brought back the graphics, great.....

Only question is I thought in Profiler I had Quartz Extreme Supported and Core Image was set to hardware before the 10.5.8 updates..... Maybe it was what I thought I saw.....

sorry..... Acer AOA150-1447 only added the Broadcom 4311.......

I updated my iATKOS v7 using the iDeneb 10.5.8 combo update. Graphics went back to 800 x 600.

I just booted up the iATKOS v7 disk again, deselected all options apart from the Intel GMA950 package (desktop, laptop and rare), installed, rebooted and all fixed. Quart extreme support and hardware core image support back. No problems.

It didn't work for me unfortunately. :( It boots with a white background and a few black lines across the screen. The cursor is there but I don't appear to be able to do anything other than move the cursor around (better than nothing but it gets a bit boring after a while :p). It will, however, boot up okay through safe mode. Any idea of what I should remove/change to get it working again? (800x600 was better than nothing!)

I think I started off with iAtkos v5i, updated to 10.5.6 through the Software Update and have subsequently updated to 10.5.7 then 10.5.8 with official updates.

Thanks for the help, it got me to look at the files installed and I noticed AppleIntelGMA950GA.plugin, AppleIntelGMA950GLDriver.bundle, AppleIntelGMA950VADriver.bundle were missing....

    running fine now, Thanks

Either do the research using google, or run osx86tools and go to the boot list option (i guess..) and add the gma950 string.

and a bit googling isn't too difficult i guess:
    Code:
    <key>device-properties</key>
    <string>6d0000000100000001000000610000000200000002010c00d041030a000000000101060000027fff0400100000006d006f00640065006c0000000b000000474d4120393530200000004100410050004c002c00480061007300500061006e0065006c0000000800000001000000</string>
