    Good day all

I have a problem on my Acer aspire 5333 Notebook.
every time I install the intel HD graphics driver, my screen has this weird dots.
    laptop is unresponsive.
With the standard graphics driver the laptop works 100%.
can anyone please advise me with this matter.

    Thanks
    regards

I must assume that this 'upgrade' for the graphics card has been 'suggested' to you by Microsoft update... ?

Microsoft can be pretty good with updates for other manufacturers gear; but unfortunately they have got a lousy record when it comes to Intel graphics card updates... ask any Samsung user... We have seen so many failures...

Personally, I would mark that update as 'Hidden do not remind me again' and stick with your stock Acer graphics driver. Acer know EXACTLY what your Graphics card interfaces with; so they - in conjunction with Intel will have supplied the exact driver that you need.
