Google Docs/Gears offline

    Hi All

    I'm considering buying the Linux version of the Aspire One and I just want to check..

    Can I install the Google Gears and hence have the Google Docs offline mode? I'm hoping to use it as a note book and may be frequently offline so it's a big concern to me.

    Yes, both G reader and G Docs work great in offline mode with Gears. At least in the linux One.
