While I loved my 6-cell Aspire One, today I said goodbye to him. He is in a new home and I bid him well. Of course he's been replaced buy another netbook, a hp mini 1000. I will miss the battery life I know it, but I couldn't wait for the aspire 10" to be released. Thanks to everyone that helped me out and good luck with your Aspire Ones... who knows I may be back.

okay I'm not really gone but Asus..... I give them credit for popularizing the netbook category but I'd never purchase one. It was either an MSI wind, the Hp Mini 1000 or the Samsung NC10. Bestbuy only had the Hp Mini 1000 so that pretty much summed up my purchase.

What's wrong with Asus eee besides te earliest model.
The latest model, 1000h has longer battery life, better touchpad buttons, better touchpad, better keyboard, better hardware than AAO. The only thing that's worse than AAO is its price tag.
